Is delivered fully assembled. To mount you have to disassemble the hinge and then mount it to your rig.
Perfect solution for keyboard or control boxes
Dimensions: can be mounted in the slide of all 4040 style profiles.
If you want to mount this hinge at the end of a profile, you have to tap a M8 thread in the profile. In the options you can choose to order a 58cm 4040 profile with a tapped end. This hinge does not have a clamping lever, it can be tightened with an Allen key.
It is important to tighten the bolts properly.
Not included: Aluminium profiles, bolts and nuts (optional)
