​An order can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in the same condition as new. This means still in the original packaging. You will then receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You can request a return via your account pageAs soon as you navigate to the relevant order, you will see the "Request return" option in the top right corner. Then follow the return instructions; any return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returning or exchanging items is no problem if you follow our guidelines. Unfortunately, without a return notification and a fully completed return form, we cannot accept and/or process your return. If the return period has expired, we may choose to issue the amount as store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
